Drill Cuttings Management

We utilize 200 series excavators with a variety of shale bin options, multiple attachments, and optional shale dryers. Our operators go through a three-stage competency process to ensure that they are safe and qualified.

  • Fluid Retention

    Mixing shale with an excavator is much more efficient than with a loader. Far less sawdust is used, which reduces the cost to the customer and reduces the volume shipped to landfills. 

    Cleaner Sites

    Using an excavator and 4-sided bins, instead of a loader driving into 3-sided bins, reduces the contaminants on drilling leases and therefore drastically reduces cleanup costs and remediation.

    Faster and Safer

    Our qualified excavator operators are able to do a better job, faster. You won't need unqualified rig hands running the loader. Mud product, tubulars, and drill cuttings can be loaded and unloaded much faster and in tighter areas with an excavator.

    Optional Loaders

    Most of our operators are cross-qualified to run loaders as well.  We can send you a loader and an excavator, an operator who is competent to run both.
